Palm Retreat Villa

This brand new luxurious villa is perfectly located on the exclusive gated community of Solana Resort, less than 15 minutes from Walt Disney World. Many other world famous attractions and endless shopping/dining experiences are all close by. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars etc are all within a five minute drive. Palm Retreat Villa has been professionally decorated and upgraded to the highest specification throughout, resulting in a beautiful, spacious, five bedroom, four bathroom home. All 5 bedrooms have flat screen cable TV. The villa boasts a fantastic games room, complete with a full-size pool/table tennis table, basket ball game, electronic dart board plus table and bar stools!!! Step outside the patio doors to discover a fantastic free form, heated swimming pool, set in a large sun deck, to compliment your dream vacation. A computer has been provided with FREE wireless internet access. Long distance International phone calls are available from the house telephone and are also FREE! Alternatively, you may want to relax and enjoy the many Resort style facilities at the Solana Clubhouse (just a 5 minute walk) including, a stylishly furnished lounge, large pool, spa, gym, putting green, children’s playground, games room and internet room, all available for you to enjoy throughout your stay.

The Kitchen is fully fitted and comprises of: Cooker, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer with Icemaker, Microwave Oven, all utensils including Toaster, Food Processor, Electric Can Opener, Dishwasher and Waste Disposal Unit. The Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board are in the Utility room for your convenience.

The Breakfast Room has patio doors leading out to the pool and deck area.

The Master Bedroom is situated on the ground floor and is fully furnished with a King size bed, bedside cabinets, dressing table, walk in closet and cable television. The luxury en-suite bathroom has a shower, corner bath, sink with vanity unit, toilet and hairdryer.

The Second Master Bedroom has a Queen size bed, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, fitted closets and cable TV. This room also has en-suite bathroom facilities.

Bedrooms Three and Four both have twin beds and bedroom Five, a double bed. All have drawer chests, fitted wardrobes, with ample hanging space and flat screen TVs.

The fully screened pool, which will keep the bugs out but not affect your tan, has patio furniture and sun loungers, making it the perfect place to relax after a hectic day at the theme parks. Here’s where you cool down with an iced drink and truly sample the ‘Florida Lifestyle’. The pool is regularly cleaned and serviced, and if you are staying in the cooler season, arrangements can be made to heat the pool. (Please enquire at time of booking). The pool has underwater lighting and the deck is also lit for night time swimming.

There is an undercover area, ideal for al fresco dining and taking advantage of the Gas BBQ which is provided for you FREE to use during your stay!

This spacious, air conditioned villa is fully equipped with smoke detectors, a security system and emergency lighting to ensure maximum safety and comfort throughout your stay. All linens and towels are provided for your convenience.

A free “Baby Package” consisting of cot/crib, bed guard, highchair, buggy/stroller etc are all provided free of charge.

Palm Retreat Villa is a non-smoking and pet free home.

This home is managed my a Management Company who are actually on site at Solana Resort and provide a 24 hour emergency service.
