Solana Sunrise Villa has been professionally decorated and upgraded to the highest specification throughout, resulting in a beautiful, spacious, four bedroom, two bathroom home. The villa boasts a fantastic fully equipped games room, complete with pool table, air hockey and table football. Step outside the patio doors to discover a fantastic free form, swimming pool, set in a large sun deck, to compliment your dream vacation. 

FREE wireless internet access is provided, together with FREE local calls from the house telephone. A Gas BBQ is also supplied. 

Alternatively, you may want to relax and enjoy the free Resort style facilities at the Solana Clubhouse (5 minute walk) where you will find a large, free form, heated, community swimming pool, jacuzzi, Tiki Bar, fitness gym, putting green, children’s playground, games arcade and internet room, all available  for you to enjoy throughout your stay.

Kitchen
The Kitchen is fully fitted and comprises of: Cooker, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer with Icemaker, Microwave Oven, all utensils including Coffee maker, Toaster, Food Processor,  Dishwasher and Waste Disposal Unit. The large capacity Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board are in the Utility room for your convenience.

The Formal Dining Roon

The Master Bedroom is tastefully furnished with King size bed, bedside cabinets, dressing table with mirror, walk in wardrobe and flat screen plasma TV. It also boasts a luxurious, full size en-Suite Bath/Shower room, with corner bath and separate shower cubicle. A hairdryer is provided for your convenience.

The Second Master Bedroom also has a Queen size bed, bedside cabinets, drawer chest and spacious fitted wardrobes. A hairdryer is provided for your convenience

Bedrooms Three and Four both have twin beds, drawer chests, fitted wardrobes, with ample hanging space. They share a full size family Bathroom with Bath and Shower.

The fully screened private pool (with no rear neighbours), will keep the bugs out but not affect your tan, has patio furniture and sun loungers, making it the perfect place to relax after a hectic day at the theme parks. Here’s where you cool down with an iced drink and truly sample the ‘Florida Lifestyle’. The pool is regularly cleaned and serviced, and if you are staying in the cooler season, arrangements can be made to heat the pool. (Please enquire at time of booking). The pool has underwater lighting and the deck is also lit for night time swimming.

This spacious, air conditioned villa is fully equipped with smoke detectors,  and emergency lighting to ensure maximum safety and comfort throughout your stay.

All linens and towels are provided for your convenience. 

A “Baby Package” consisting of cot/crib, highchair, buggy/stroller are provided free of charge. 

Solana Sunrise Villa is a non-smoking  and pet free home.
