A Kettle, Toaster, Coffee Maker and Blender, plus all crockery and cutlery are provided. The separate Utility Area provides a large capacity Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board …

FIRST MASTER
The First master Bedroom is elegantly furnished with King size bed, two nighstands, full size dresser with mirror and walk in closet. There is a 23” LCD TV for your entertainment. The luxurious en-suite bathroom includes a walk in shower area, bath, twin sink with vanity unit with illuminated mirror and a toilet. For your convenience, there is a door leading out to the pool area.

POOL AND SPA
The fully screened pool, which will keep the bugs out, but not affect your tan, has patio furniture and sun loungers, making it the perfect place to relax after a hectic day at the theme parks. Unwind in the spa or cool down with an iced drink and a book under the covered lanai area, to truly sample the ‘Florida Lifestyle’. The pool is regularly cleaned and serviced, and if you are staying in the cooler season, arrangements can be made to heat the pool. (Please enquire at time of booking). The pool has underwater lighting and the deck is also lit for night time swimming. A Gas BBQ is also supplied. This spacious, air conditioned villa is fully equipped with smoke detectors, a security system and emergency lighting to ensure maximum safety and comfort throughout your stay. All linens and towels are provided for your convenience. A free “Baby Package” consisting of Cot/crib, highchair, buggy/stroller etc are all provided free of charge. Tropical Retreat Villa is a pet free, non-smoking home.
